A dual-weigher bagging solution for compatible rice, grain and other free-flowing granular materials in 5–50 kg open-mouth bags.

High-Speed Rice & Grain Bagging
The PAK-BGK50 uses a dual-weigher configuration to prepare batches in an alternating sequence. While one weighed batch is discharged, the other weighing channel can continue its cycle, helping reduce waiting time in higher-output rice and grain bagging applications.
The model is designed around operator-assisted open-mouth bag placement and can be connected to a takeaway conveyor and sewing system. PAKEWIN confirms the complete arrangement from the rice variety, bulk density, bag size, target weight and required production rate.
Support alternating weighing cycles to reduce product-preparation waiting time in suitable applications.
Configure the filling spout, bag support and closing process for the actual open-mouth bag dimensions.
Integrate conveying, sewing, coding, inspection and palletizing into a coordinated rice bagging process.
Operating Process
Product enters the weighing section from a storage hopper or upstream conveyor selected for the required rate and product characteristics.
The two weighing channels prepare batches in sequence using fast and fine feeding stages. Settings are adjusted for target weight and product flow.
An operator positions the bag at the filling spout. A completed batch discharges after the bag is correctly clamped and supported.
The takeaway conveyor supports the filled bag through sewing or another compatible closure and onward to coding, inspection or palletizing.

Standard model data is provided for initial comparison. Final dimensions and achievable output are confirmed during project engineering.
Rice Bagging Line Selection
Provide variety, bulk density, particle size, moisture, temperature, dust and flowability. Fragile products or blends with inconsistent flow may require additional testing.
Confirm target weight, bag material, dimensions, mouth width and closure. Woven polypropylene, paper and compatible plastic bags require suitable handling and closing equipment.
The 300–900 bags/hour range covers different applications and should not be treated as a guaranteed rate for every weight. Operator rhythm, bag sewing and downstream transport can become the limiting step.
A complete line can add dynamic checkweighing, metal detection and robotic palletizing.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-BGK50 is intended for compatible free-flowing products such as rice and grain in 5–50 kg open-mouth bags. Final suitability depends on bulk density, particle size, moisture, dust and flowability.
A dual-weigher arrangement can prepare weighed batches in an alternating sequence to support higher throughput. Actual output depends on the product, target weight and complete bagging workflow.
The stated capacity range is 300–900 bags per hour. The achievable rate should be confirmed using the actual rice or grain, bag size, operator cycle, sewing process and conveyor arrangement.
Yes. A line can include product feeding, weighing, bag filling, a takeaway conveyor, sewing, coding, checkweighing, metal detection and palletizing according to the project.
