Automatic Packaging Lines · Robotic Palletizing
The EC-171 series gives packaging plants two application choices: the EC-171HS for higher palletizing speed and the EC-171HD for heavier loads. Its compact rotation radius and wide working envelope make it suitable for end-of-line layouts where floor space and reliable pallet handling are both important.
PAKEWIN configures the complete working cell around the application, including the end effector, infeed conveyor, pallet pattern, safety guarding, controls and connection to upstream bagging or secondary packaging equipment.
Choose the 80 kg high-speed HS version or the 160 kg heavy-duty HD version according to the product and gripper weight.
A 1,600 mm longitudinal reach, 2,400 mm vertical range and compact rotation radius support practical end-of-line layouts.
Conveyors, grippers, pallet handling, safety systems and controls are configured around the complete packaging process.
Configuration Guide
Select the robot from the complete handling task, not from bag weight alone. Payload must include the product, gripper, mounting components and any hoses or accessories carried by the arm.
The HS configuration is suited to lighter bags or cases where the complete handled load remains within 80 kg and the pallet pattern requires a higher cycle rate.
The HD configuration supports a complete handled load up to 160 kg. It is intended for heavier products or grippers where payload margin is more important than maximum nominal cycles.
Robot cycles per hour are not the same as bags per hour or pallets per hour. Actual output depends on picks per cycle, product spacing, layer pattern, pallet changes, travel distance and upstream line stability.
A layout drawing should confirm infeed position, pallet locations, stack height, gripper clearance, guarding, operator access and maintenance space throughout the full working envelope.
Model Selection
Payload values include the end effector. Actual throughput depends on the product, pallet pattern, travel distance and line conditions.
Technical Specifications
Complete Palletizing Cell
The robot is one part of a safe, productive palletizing station. PAKEWIN defines the surrounding equipment and controls around the product, line rate, pallet pattern and destination-market requirements.
Conveyors, turning, flattening and spacing devices present each bag or case consistently before the robot pick point.
Bag, clamp, fork, vacuum or combined tooling is selected from the package shape, surface, porosity, weight and required picks per cycle.
The cell can be planned with manual pallet positions or automated pallet supply and discharge according to output and available floor space.
Guarding, access gates, interlocks, emergency stops and line interfaces must be engineered and reviewed for the installation location. See how the cell connects to a complete automatic packaging line.
Project Configuration
For an accurate layout and quotation, provide the bag or case dimensions and weight, target speed, pallet dimensions, pallet pattern, upstream equipment, available floor plan, electrical standard and preferred safety requirements.
Rice, grain, feed, fertilizer, pet food and other bagged products, plus cartons or cases with an application-specific gripper.
Final payload, cycle rate, utilities, gripper design and working envelope must be confirmed against the actual product and factory layout.
