A practical semi-automatic weighing and filling solution for compatible rice, grain, seed and other free-flowing granules in 5–50 kg open-mouth bags.

Semi-Automatic Granular Bagging
The PAK-BG50 combines controlled weighing and filling with manual bag presentation. This arrangement reduces the complexity of automatic bag feeding while giving production teams a repeatable process for common open-mouth bags.
It is suited to plants that need moderate output, multiple bag sizes or a practical step up from manual weighing. PAKEWIN confirms the feeding method, filling spout, bag support and closing equipment from the actual product and package.
Cover common medium and large open-mouth bag weights with an application-specific weighing and filling setup.
Configure feeding for compatible rice, grain, seed and other products after confirming their flow characteristics.
Add conveying, bag closing, coding, inspection or palletizing without changing the basic operator-assisted bagging concept.
Operating Process
Granular material enters the weighing system from an upstream hopper or conveyor selected for the product and required rate.
The controller uses fast and fine feeding stages to approach the configured target before releasing the batch.
An operator positions the open-mouth bag at the filling spout. The weighed batch discharges after the bag is correctly clamped.
The filled bag moves to sewing or another compatible closing process, then continues to inspection, conveying or palletizing.
Technical Specifications
These are standard model values. Final performance must be confirmed with the material, target weight, bag and operating method.
Application Fit
Provide bulk density, particle size, moisture, dust level and flowability. Products that bridge, stick or create significant dust may need a different feeder or dust-control arrangement.
Confirm bag material, dimensions, mouth width and closure. Woven polypropylene, paper and compatible plastic bags can require different handling and closing equipment.
The 300–400 bags/hour figure depends on target weight, operator rhythm, product flow, bag-closing time and downstream handling. It should not be treated as guaranteed for every application.
The line can add dynamic checkweighing, metal detection and robotic palletizing as quality-control and labor requirements grow.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-BG50 is intended for compatible free-flowing granular products such as rice, grain and seed. Final feeder selection and performance should be confirmed from the product bulk density, particle size, moisture, dust level and flowability.
The specified packing range is 5–50 kg. The actual usable range depends on the product, bag dimensions, filling spout, weighing configuration and required output.
The stated capacity is 300–400 bags per hour. Sustained output depends on target weight, product flow, operator bag placement, bag closing and downstream conveying.
Yes. It can be configured with a takeaway conveyor, sewing or sealing equipment, coding, inspection and palletizing according to the bag and production process.
