Automatic Packaging Lines · Dynamic Checkweighing
The HJR-CW12060 measures packaged products while they travel through the conveyor and identifies pass, underweight and overweight items. It is designed for quality-control points after filling or sealing and before case packing, palletizing or dispatch.
PAKEWIN configures the weighing section, conveyor speed, recipe limits, line interfaces and reject method around the actual package. Production statistics and USB report export support traceability, while 99 product recipes simplify changeovers between recurring products.
Inspect bags, boxes, bottles or cases within the confirmed weight and size range without stopping the production flow.
Classify products as pass, underweight or overweight and trigger an application-specific reject response.
Store 99 recipes, export production reports through USB and connect the machine with the complete packaging line.
Throughput Planning
Belt speed alone does not define packages per minute. The package must enter the weighing section separately, travel without unstable contact and leave enough time for measurement and rejection.
Package pitch is the product length plus the controlled gap to the next product. A preliminary flow estimate is belt speed divided by package pitch, but final throughput must be confirmed by product testing.
Large bags and cases need smooth transfers, suitable guides and enough settling distance. Bouncing, tilting or moving contents can reduce dynamic weighing repeatability.
The reject device needs enough distance and response time to remove an underweight or overweight product without disturbing the following package.
Use actual package dimensions, spacing and line conditions when comparing machines. Maximum belt speed should not be treated as guaranteed production capacity.
Technical Specifications
Final performance must be confirmed with representative products under the planned installation and line conditions.
Functions
Count total, accepted, underweight and overweight products and display production status through the touch-screen interface.
Store 99 product settings with power-failure retention, manual or automatic zeroing and dynamic zero tracking.
Export production records through USB in a spreadsheet-compatible format for quality review and reporting.
Adjust belt speed for different products and remove belt sections for easier routine cleaning and maintenance.
Applications
Typical inspection points include filled bags, sealed cartons, bottled products and shipping cases in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health-product, household-chemical and agricultural production.
Detect packages outside the configured weight tolerance before they continue to secondary packaging.
Verify completed cases or heavy bags and prevent known nonconforming products from entering finished-goods handling.
Line Integration
A checkweigher can operate as a standalone verification station or as part of a connected filling, closing, inspection and palletizing line.
Coordinate product release and spacing with the filler, sealer, sewing conveyor or case packer so that each package reaches the weighing belt separately.
Where both checks are required, the HJR-CW12060 can be planned with the HJR-MD6030 conveyor metal detector. Each machine needs suitable product spacing and an application-specific reject arrangement.
Accepted products can continue to coding, case packing, conveying or robotic palletizing, while rejected products are handled in a controlled area.
Define recipe control, operator access, report retention and response to repeated rejects before commissioning the inspection station.
Selection Information
Send the product type, minimum and maximum package weight, target weight and tolerance, package dimensions, required line speed, belt height, available layout, preferred reject action, electrical standard and photos or video of the existing conveyor. A representative product test is recommended when accuracy is critical.

Frequently Asked Questions
The HJR-CW12060 is specified for packaged products up to 50 kg. Final selection also requires the minimum and target weight, product dimensions, belt loading stability and line speed.
It can be configured for bags, boxes, bottles and cases in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, health-product, household-chemical and agricultural production. Product stability, dimensions and conveyor transfer must be confirmed for each application.
The specified sorting accuracy is ±0.5% to ±1% under defined test conditions. Actual performance depends on package stability, belt speed, product spacing, vibration, airflow, conveyor transitions and installation conditions.
Yes. The reject mechanism is selected for the package type, weight, speed and available layout. PAKEWIN confirms the suitable configuration during project engineering.
Yes. Standard interfaces support connection with upstream filling, sealing or case-packing equipment and downstream conveyors, rejection devices or palletizing systems.
