0.5–5 kg Range
Support a broad small- and medium-bag range after matching product density and bag dimensions.
Request a QuoteA roll-film packaging machine for 0.5–5 kg pillow and gusseted bags, with double-belt film pulling and configurable product dosing.

Roll-Film Bag Forming
The PAK-VFS1 forms bags from packaging film, receives a measured product dose and completes the sealing cycle in a compact vertical layout. Double-belt film pulling supports controlled film transport for pillow and gusseted bag production.
The packaging result depends on more than machine speed. Product flow, bag dimensions, film structure, sealability and dosing accuracy must be evaluated together. PAKEWIN configures the filler and discharge path around the actual application rather than assuming one feeder suits every material.
Support a broad small- and medium-bag range after matching product density and bag dimensions.
Configure cycle speed according to bag length, dosing time, film and sealing requirements.
Produce compatible pillow or gusseted bags from roll film with the required forming set.
Quick Selection Answer
Choose the PAK-VFS1 when bags must be formed from compatible roll film and filled in a continuous vertical process. It is specified for 0.5–5 kg pillow and gusseted bags at a stated 30–70 bags per minute. The final filler, forming set and sealing configuration must match the product, target weight, bag dimensions and film structure.
A VFFS machine is not selected by speed alone. Powders, free-flowing granules and fragile products can require different dosing and discharge arrangements. If a project uses compatible 2.5–10 kg PE bags rather than a confirmed roll-film process, also compare the PAK-AFG5.
Roll film travels over the forming set and is shaped into a tube. Film width and forming parts are selected for the finished bag.
The machine creates the longitudinal seal and lower cross seal. Temperature, pressure and dwell time are adjusted for the film structure.
A compatible dosing unit measures the target quantity and discharges it through the forming tube into the open bag.
The cross-seal assembly closes the filled bag and separates it for downstream conveying, inspection and secondary packaging.
Technical Specifications
Final utilities and machine dimensions are application-specific and will be confirmed with the selected dosing, bag and option package.
Selection Data
Send the product name, bulk density, particle size, moisture, dust level and flow behavior so the correct dosing method can be selected.
Provide finished bag width and length, bag style, target weight, film structure, thickness and sample rolls when available.
State required bags per minute, accuracy, seal appearance, coding needs and available factory utilities.
The line can add checkweighing, metal detection, case packing or pallet handling where suitable.
For overseas procurement, use the packaging machine supplier checklist to agree on sample testing, FAT acceptance criteria, language of manuals, electrical standards, spare parts and remote support. See PAKEWIN machine videos for equipment-in-operation references.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-VFS1 is specified for pillow and gusseted bags made from compatible roll film. Final bag dimensions, film structure and sealing arrangement must be confirmed for the product and shelf-life requirement.
The specified range is 0.5–5 kg. Actual usable weights depend on product bulk density, bag dimensions, dosing system and required accuracy.
The stated capacity is 30–70 bags per minute. Actual speed depends on bag length, target weight, product flow, film behavior, sealing time and downstream equipment.
The dosing system is selected for the material. Compatible granules may use weighing, while powders and other products may require a different feeder. PAKEWIN confirms the solution from representative product and bag data.
