An operator-assisted weighing, filling and closing solution for flour and compatible powder products in 5–25 kg open-mouth bags.

Flour & Powder Bagging
The PAK-BP25 is designed for plants that need more consistent weighing and filling of flour or compatible powders while retaining manual bag presentation. Product-contact parts are specified in SS304, and the machine can be connected to a bag conveyor and sewing system for a coordinated packing process.
Powders behave differently from free-flowing granules. PAKEWIN reviews bulk density, moisture, aeration, dust level and flowability before selecting the feeding and dust-control arrangement. This application-based approach is important for stable output and cleaner operation.

Use stainless-steel product-contact surfaces with the final hygiene and finish requirements defined by the project.
Connect conveying, bag sewing, coding, inspection or palletizing according to the bag and factory process.
Operating Process
Flour or another compatible powder enters the feeding system from an upstream hopper. The feeder is selected for the product's flow and aeration behavior.
The controller meters the powder through fast and fine feeding stages. Stable feeding and suitable dust management help the system approach the target consistently.
An operator positions the open-mouth bag at the filling spout. The bag is clamped before the weighed product is discharged.
The filled bag moves by conveyor to sewing or another compatible closure, then continues to coding, inspection or pallet handling.
Technical Specifications
Standard values are provided for initial comparison. Final output, feeding and dust-control requirements must be confirmed from representative product and bag data.
Application Engineering
Provide bulk density, particle size, moisture, flowability and whether the powder traps air during filling. Aerated powders may need settling or deaeration consideration.
Confirm the required dust extraction interface and cleaning expectations. Dust-control scope depends on the product, filling height and local workplace requirements.
Provide bag material, dimensions, mouth width and closure method. Paper, woven and compatible plastic bags may require different supports, conveyors or closing equipment.
The project can add dynamic checkweighing, metal detection and robotic palletizing where appropriate.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-BP25 is intended for flour and compatible powder products. Final feeder, dust-control and filling arrangements should be selected from bulk density, particle size, moisture, aeration, flowability and dust behavior.
The specified packing range is 5–25 kg. The actual usable range depends on the powder, target accuracy, bag dimensions, filling spout and closing process.
The stated capacity is 160–200 bags per hour. Actual output varies with target weight, powder flow, deaeration needs, operator handling, bag closing and downstream conveying.
The standard specification lists SS304 product-contact parts. Any required surface finish, hygiene standard, dust extraction or special material certificate should be confirmed during project engineering.
For larger 25–50 kg bags or materials better suited to belt feeding, compare the PAK-BM50 belt packing machine.
