A servo-fed weighing and filling solution for compatible rice, grain, seed and other free-flowing granular materials in 5–50 kg open-mouth bags.

Servo-Controlled Granular Bagging
The PAK-BGS50 uses servo-controlled product feeding to support repeatable fast and fine dosing across a 5–50 kg packing range. It is designed for plants that need higher throughput than a basic operator-assisted bagger while retaining the flexibility of open-mouth bag handling.
The machine can be matched with a bag conveyor, sewing or sealing equipment, coding, inspection and data interfaces. PAKEWIN selects the feeder and filling arrangement only after reviewing the actual product, bag and performance target.
Adjust feeding motion for repeatable fast and fine dosing according to the product and target bag weight.
Cover common medium and large open-mouth bags after confirming bag dimensions and material behavior.
Define operating data, control signals and line communication around the plant's automation requirements.
Operating Process
Rice, grain, seed or another compatible granule enters the feeding system from the upstream hopper or conveyor.
The controller adjusts fast and fine feeding stages to approach the selected target weight. Settings are adapted to the product's bulk density and flow characteristics.
The operator positions an open-mouth bag at the filling spout. The bag is clamped and receives the completed batch.
The filled bag moves through sewing or another compatible closure process, then continues to coding, inspection or palletizing.
Technical Specifications
Values below describe the standard model. Confirm final performance with representative material, target weight and bag specifications.
Application Fit
The PAK-BGS50 is relevant when a standard 300–400 bag/hour machine does not meet the project target. The stated 500–1100 bags/hour range must be verified for the actual weight and workflow.
Servo adjustment can support recipe changes, but each product and bag format requires suitable parameters. Mixed products with very different flow characteristics may need additional feeder evaluation.
Stainless-steel construction supports practical cleaning and product-contact requirements. Required surface finish, dust extraction and local hygiene standards should be specified during engineering.
The project can add checkweighing, metal detection and robotic palletizing.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-BGS50 is intended for compatible free-flowing granular products such as rice, grain and seed. The feeding and weighing configuration should be confirmed from bulk density, particle size, moisture, dust and flowability.
Servo-controlled feeding supports adjustable, repeatable product dosing through fast and fine feeding stages. Final weighing performance still depends on the product, target weight and operating conditions.
The stated capacity range is 500–1100 bags per hour. Actual output varies with target weight, product flow, operator bag placement, closing equipment and downstream handling.
Data connectivity can be configured according to the project. Required signals, communication method and integration scope should be defined before manufacture.
For a moderate-capacity alternative, compare the PAK-BG50 granular packing machine.
Quotation Checklist
Send your product type, target bag weight, bag dimensions and material, required bags per hour, closing method and destination country. Include available voltage, air supply and layout where possible. These details help us confirm feeding, bag handling and downstream equipment before quoting.
This is an operator-assisted open-mouth bagging machine: an operator places each bag. The stated 500–1100 bags/h is a model capacity range, not a guaranteed output for every product or bag weight. Product and bag trials should establish the agreed performance.
