Semi-Automatic Bagging Machine
The PAK-BG25 is designed for factories that need stable weighing and bagging performance without a fully automatic bag feeding system. An operator presents each open-mouth bag, while the machine controls weighing and filling before the bag moves to sewing or another compatible closing process.
This model is a practical choice for rice mills, grain processors, seed factories and other bulk-material plants that need flexible operation, straightforward changeovers and a lower-complexity upgrade from manual filling.
Use coarse and fine feeding stages to approach the target weight while limiting avoidable product giveaway.
Manual bag presentation keeps the system practical for moderate output, multiple bag formats and growing production teams.
Connect a compatible conveyor and sewing or sealing unit according to the open-mouth bag material and closure requirement.
Bagging Process
The exact configuration depends on the product, bag and closing method, but a typical semi-automatic cycle follows four steps.
The operator places an empty open-mouth bag at the filling spout and starts the cycle after the bag is correctly positioned.
The controller manages fast and fine feeding to build each batch toward the configured target weight.
The weighed batch discharges into the bag, which is then released onto the takeaway conveyor.
The filled bag travels to an application-specific sewing, heat-sealing or folding system before inspection and palletizing.
Technical Specifications
The values below describe the standard model. Final weighing performance and sustained output must be confirmed with the actual material, target weight, bag and operating method.
Applications & Selection
The PAK-BG25 is intended for compatible free-flowing granular products such as rice, grain and seed in 5-50 kg open-mouth bags. Product flowability, bulk density, particle size, moisture and dust level affect feeder selection and achievable performance.
Provide the bag material, dimensions and required closure. Woven polypropylene, paper and compatible plastic bags may require different conveying, sewing or sealing arrangements.
The 300-900 bags/hour range is not a guaranteed rate for every application. Target weight, product behavior, operator bag-placement speed, closing time and downstream handling determine sustained output.
Add takeaway conveyors, coding, dynamic checkweighing, metal detection or palletizing as production requirements develop.
Send the material, target bag weight, bag dimensions, required bags per hour, bag-closing method, electrical standard, factory layout and photos or videos of the current process.
