PAK-BG100 Heavy Bag Packing Machine

A practical weighing, filling and closing solution for compatible grain, feed, seed and bulk materials in 25–100 kg open-mouth bags.

PAK-BG100 heavy bag packing machine for 25 to 100 kg grain feed and bulk material bags

Heavy-Duty Bulk Bagging

Controlled filling for 25–100 kg bags

The PAK-BG100 is designed for applications where common 25 kg and 50 kg baggers do not cover the required package size. It combines automatic weighing and controlled discharge with operator-assisted bag placement, allowing plants to improve repeatability without adding a complex automatic bag-feeding system.

PAKEWIN configures the feeding device, weighing hopper, filling spout, bag support and closing method around the actual material and bag. This makes the model relevant to grain processors, feed plants, seed facilities and other operations handling compatible free-flowing bulk products.

01

25–100 kg Range

Handle large open-mouth bag formats after confirming the product, bag dimensions and target weighing accuracy.

02

Automatic Weighing

Use controlled fast and fine feeding stages to prepare repeatable batches before discharge into the bag.

03

Expandable Line

Connect bag closing, coding, inspection, conveying and palletizing equipment as production requirements grow.

Operating Process

How the PAK-BG100 heavy bagging cycle works

1. Bulk product feeding

Material enters the weighing system from the selected hopper, conveyor or upstream process. The feeder is matched to flowability and required capacity.

2. Fast and fine weighing

The control system meters the product toward the target weight using staged feeding. Final accuracy depends on product behavior and the selected weighing configuration.

3. Bag placement and filling

An operator presents the open-mouth bag to the filling spout. After clamping, the weighed batch is released and the bag is supported during filling.

4. Closing and downstream handling

The filled bag transfers to sewing, sealing or another suitable closure before coding, inspection, palletizing or warehouse handling.

Engineering Fit

Information required before machine selection

Material data

Provide product name, bulk density, particle size, moisture, temperature, dust level and flowability. Poor-flowing or fragile products may require a different feeder or handling method.

Bag and closure

Confirm bag material, dimensions, mouth style and preferred closure. Woven polypropylene, paper and compatible plastic bags may require different conveyors and sewing or sealing systems.

Capacity target

The 300–400 bags/hour value is application dependent. Larger target weights, slow material flow, operator rhythm and closing time can reduce actual throughput.

Frequently Asked Questions

PAK-BG100 selection questions

What bag weights can the PAK-BG100 handle?

The specified packing range is 25–100 kg. The usable range and filling arrangement must be confirmed from the product, target weight, bag dimensions and required accuracy.

What materials are suitable for the PAK-BG100?

The machine is intended for compatible free-flowing bulk materials such as grain, seed, feed and similar products. Product flowability, bulk density, particle size, moisture and dust should be evaluated before final selection.

What is the production capacity of the PAK-BG100?

The stated capacity is 300–400 bags per hour. Actual sustained output depends on bag weight, product flow, operator handling, bag closing and downstream conveying.

Can the PAK-BG100 be integrated with sewing and palletizing?

Yes. A project can include a takeaway conveyor, bag sewing or another compatible closing system, coding, inspection and robotic palletizing according to the bag and plant layout.

For a lower weight range, compare the PAK-BG50 5–50 kg granular packing machine.
