Automatic Powder Bagging · 25–50 kg
The PAK-AFP50 is a fully automatic rotary powder packing system for production plants that need coordinated empty-bag handling, weighing, filling, bag transfer and closing. Its 25–50 kg range suits common industrial and export bag formats.
Powders behave differently from free-flowing granules. PAKEWIN therefore evaluates bulk density, aeration, dust level, moisture, flowability and hazardous-area requirements before selecting the feeder, dust-control arrangement and bag-closing process.
Configure common heavy-bag weights for compatible food and industrial powders.
Support high-output production under confirmed powder, bag and line conditions.
Coordinate automatic bag placement, filling, transfer and discharge in a compact workflow.
Packaging Process
Compatible open-mouth bags are separated, picked and positioned at the filling station. Consistent bag dimensions and mouth construction help maintain reliable handling.
The selected powder feeder meters material to the target weight. The configuration is matched to flowability, aeration, dust and required accuracy.
The filled bag is transferred to the selected heat-sealing, sewing or combined closing process according to bag material and product-protection needs.
Downstream conveyors can connect to weight inspection, contamination inspection, bag shaping and robotic palletizing.
Technical Specifications
Final output and accuracy are confirmed with representative powder, bag samples and the planned line arrangement.
Powder Applications
Flour, starch and compatible food powders can be evaluated for hygiene requirements, dust collection, product contact materials and closing method.
Feed additives and milled agricultural products require confirmation of bulk density, flow stability and bridging or aeration behavior.
Selected non-food powders can be assessed against corrosion, dust, explosion-risk and material-safety requirements. Provide the safety data sheet during project review.
Send representative samples when powder compaction, aeration, moisture or poor flow may affect feeding, weighing and bag stability.
Line Integration
The PAK-AFP50 can be integrated with powder feeding, dust extraction, bag closing, conveyors, the HJR-CW12060 checkweigher, the HJR-MD6030 metal detector and the EC-171 robotic palletizing system. PAKEWIN checks electrical standards, controls, safety guarding and layout for the destination market.
Frequently Asked Questions
The PAK-AFP50 can be configured for compatible industrial powders such as flour, starch, food powder, feed additives and selected chemical or mineral powders. Final suitability depends on bulk density, flowability, aeration, dust, moisture and safety requirements.
The specified packing range is 25–50 kg. Empty-bag dimensions, bag-mouth construction, powder behavior and target accuracy must be confirmed before the bagging configuration is finalized.
The stated output is up to 600 bags per hour. Actual capacity depends on target weight, powder flow and aeration, bag quality, deaeration needs, closing method and downstream equipment.
Yes. The machine can be engineered with powder feeding, dust collection, conveyors, bag closing, checkweighing, metal detection and robotic palletizing according to the product and factory layout.
