The PAK-VG15 integrates weighing, filling, vacuum shaping, sealing and finished-pack discharge in one system. It is intended for custom six-sided laminated-film pouches and helps create a compact package format for retail presentation, export handling and space-efficient secondary packaging.
Typical applications include rice, grain, beans, seeds, pet food and cat litter. Other free-flowing granular materials can be evaluated from their bulk density, particle size, flow behavior, product fragility and pouch compatibility. PAKEWIN confirms the configuration through representative material and pouch testing.

Packaging Process
From bulk material to a shaped vacuum package
1. Weighing and filling
Vibration feeding, fast sampling and weighing control meter the material into the pouch according to the confirmed recipe.
2. Vacuum shaping
The filled pouch enters the vacuum-forming process to create the specified compact six-sided profile.
3. Sealing and discharge
The pouch is sealed and discharged for downstream conveying, inspection, case packing or palletizing.
4. Product changeover
Stored settings support recurring products, while pouch and material changes are verified during setup and trial production.
Material Applications
Granular products for vacuum brick packaging
The best results come from free-flowing granules with stable bulk density and a pouch structure matched to the vacuum and sealing process.
Rice, grain and beans
Compact 5–15 kg packages for rice varieties, cereal grains, pulses and similar dry agricultural products.
Seeds and food granules
Evaluate particle size, dust level, breakage sensitivity and seal-area cleanliness before finalizing the configuration.
Pet food and cat litter
Suitable applications can be engineered according to kibble or granule size, bulk density, pouch dimensions and target vacuum shape.

Confirm the machine for the destination market
The listed standard is AC 380 V, three-phase five-wire, with compressed air at 0.6 MPa. Before quotation, PAKEWIN checks the destination electrical standard, factory utilities, operating environment, pouch specification, language requirements, line layout and upstream or downstream equipment interfaces. This prevents avoidable changes during installation and commissioning.
