Semi-automatic weighing, vacuum shaping and reinforced sealing for 0.3-5 kg rice, grain and compatible granular products in compact brick-shaped packs.
Vacuum Packing · 0.3-5 kg Granules
The PAK-M10 is a semi-automatic four-station six-side vacuum packing machine for compact, brick-shaped packages. Its four-station layout is designed to process multiple packs in parallel, supporting high output for small rice and grain packages while maintaining controlled weighing, forming and sealing.
Typical applications include rice, millet, corn, mixed grains, seeds and cat litter. Other free-flowing granular materials can be evaluated according to bulk density, particle size, flow behavior, dust, product fragility and pouch compatibility.
Parallel forming stations support up to four packs per cycle under the specified small-package conditions.
Specified at 1,000-1,200 bags/h for 0.3-1 kg packs and 600-700 bags/h for 2.5-5 kg packs.
Fixed forming moulds help produce compact, regular packages for retail display, case packing and pallet handling.
Technical Specifications
These are stated reference values. Final performance is confirmed through representative material and pouch testing.
Packaging Process
The weighing system doses the selected granular material according to the stored target-weight settings.
Parallel stations organize the vacuum-forming cycle to support higher small-package throughput.
Fixed forming moulds create a regular six-sided package profile matched to the confirmed pouch dimensions.
A dual heated-sealing arrangement is designed to improve seal security before finished packs leave the machine.
Material Applications
The machine is intended for free-flowing granular products. Product and pouch trials are recommended where dust, sharp particles, high oil content, irregular shapes or breakage sensitivity may affect weighing, vacuum shaping or sealing.
Compact retail packs for common rice varieties, premium rice, millet and similar dry grains.
Evaluate particle size, package dimensions and mould selection for stable brick shaping.
Confirm seed fragility, flow behavior and acceptable handling before finalizing the machine configuration.
Compatible free-flowing granules can be tested using the actual product, target weight and pouch structure.
Control & Changeover
The control system supports multiple stored parameter sets for recurring products and package sizes. Operators can recall recipes from the touch screen, while fault self-diagnostics provide on-screen prompts to shorten troubleshooting time.
Adaptive weighing control and production-data collection support stable operation. Remote-connectivity functions can be configured for technical assistance, subject to the customer's network and security requirements. Package-size changes require the correct fixed forming mould and verified pouch settings.
Global Project Planning
The listed standard is three-phase five-wire 380 V, 50 Hz with 8.1 kW installed power, plus compressed air at 0.6-0.8 MPa and 35 m³/h. PAKEWIN checks the destination electrical standard, operator language, factory utilities, ambient conditions, service access and spare-parts requirements before quotation.
Selection Information
Send the product name, bulk density, particle size, target pack weights, pouch dimensions and film structure, required bags per hour, desired finished-pack dimensions, available power and compressed air, operator workflow and installation layout. Representative materials and pouches are recommended for testing.
