Operating Sequence
How the process is organized
1. Place and clamp the empty bag
An operator positions an approved open-mouth bag at the filling station, where the bag is held for the configured cycle.
2. Weigh and fill
The weighing system meters the selected target amount and discharges the batch into the supported bag.
3. Convey and prepare the bag mouth
The filled bag transfers on the adjustable conveyor while the bag mouth is arranged and edge-folded for closing.
4. Sew, cut the thread and discharge
The bag is sewn, the thread is cut and the completed package leaves for inspection, palletizing or warehouse handling.
