PAK-VT1000 Automatic Rice Vacuum Packing Machine

Automatic weighing, vacuum treatment and two-side shaping for compatible rice, grain, pet food and granular products in compact 2.5–10 kg bags.

PAK-VT1000 automatic rice vacuum packing machine for 2.5 to 10 kg brick-shaped bags

Automatic Two-Side Vacuum Shaping

Compact retail and export packages for granular products

The PAK-VT1000 combines controlled filling with vacuum treatment and two-side shaping to form dense, regular packages. It is designed for applications where package appearance, stacking and consistent shape are important.

The machine can be evaluated for compatible rice, grain, pet food, cat litter and similar free-flowing granules. Bag structure, product behavior and the requested finished shape must be tested together; vacuum packaging performance cannot be confirmed from weight alone.

01

2.5–10 kg Bags

Configure common medium-size vacuum formats around the product, bag dimensions and finished-package requirement.

02

Two-Side Shaping

Apply vacuum treatment and controlled shaping to produce a compact brick-style package.

03

Multiple Process Options

Evaluate standard vacuum, nitrogen flushing or carbon-dioxide preservation functions according to the product and process.

Packaging Process

How the PAK-VT1000 creates a shaped vacuum bag

1. Product dosing

The granular product is measured toward the target weight using a feeding and weighing configuration selected for its flow characteristics.

2. Bag filling and transfer

The measured product enters a compatible premade bag, which is positioned for the vacuum and shaping sequence.

3. Vacuum and optional gas process

Air is removed according to the configured cycle. Nitrogen or carbon-dioxide functions may be added where the product, bag and preservation plan support them.

4. Two-side shaping and discharge

The package is formed into a compact brick-style shape, closed and discharged for inspection, secondary packing or case handling.

Product & Bag Compatibility

What must be tested before machine selection?

Product flow and gas behavior

Provide particle size, bulk density, moisture, dust level and information about trapped or released gas. These characteristics affect weighing, filling and vacuum time.

Bag barrier and sealing

The film structure must support the required vacuum level, sealing method, handling and storage conditions. Send the full bag specification and physical samples.

Finished package geometry

Confirm target length, width, height and tolerance for each weight. Product density and particle distribution influence the achievable brick shape.

Preservation responsibility

Vacuum or gas flushing does not by itself define shelf life. The product, hygiene process, barrier material, residual gas and storage conditions must be validated by the producer.

Line Integration

Connect vacuum packing to the full production flow

Upstream product supply

Coordinate storage, conveying and weighing so the vacuum machine receives stable product flow at the required rate.

Inspection and quality control

Plan coding, seal inspection, weight verification or metal detection from the actual package and destination-market requirements.

Secondary packaging

Compact vacuum bricks can continue to over-bagging, case packing, conveying or palletizing according to the distribution format.

Quotation information

Send the product, target weights, bag drawings and samples, required capacity, finished-bag dimensions, process option, factory layout, utilities and destination country.

Frequently Asked Questions

PAK-VT1000 vacuum packaging questions

What products can the PAK-VT1000 vacuum pack?

The PAK-VT1000 is intended for compatible free-flowing granular products such as rice, grain, pet food, cat litter and similar materials. Product particle size, dust, moisture, gas release and bag compatibility must be evaluated before final selection.

What package weights can the PAK-VT1000 produce?

The specified pack range is 2.5–10 kg. Final formats depend on the product, bag dimensions, film structure and required finished-bag shape.

What is the capacity of the PAK-VT1000?

The stated capacity is 600–750 bags per hour. Actual output depends on target weight, product flow, bag specification, vacuum time, shaping conditions and downstream handling.

Which bag styles are suitable for the PAK-VT1000?

The machine can be configured for compatible handle bags, non-handle bags and M-type pseudo six-side bags. PAKEWIN requires bag drawings and samples to confirm feeding, sealing and shaping.

Can the PAK-VT1000 use nitrogen or carbon dioxide?

Vacuum, nitrogen-flushing or carbon-dioxide preservation functions can be configured according to the application. Gas suitability, food-contact requirements and the final preservation process remain subject to project confirmation.
