Machine Operation Video
This video demonstrates an automatic flour packing process covering powder feeding, auger dosing, open-mouth bag filling, bag-mouth sealing and finished-pack discharge. It gives project buyers a practical view of how the main stations work together.
The shown workflow is intended for wheat flour. With appropriate product testing and machine configuration, similar systems may also handle starch, baking powder, spice powder, milk powder, protein powder, premixes and other dry powders. Final selection depends on flowability, bulk density, dust characteristics, target weight, bag specification and required output.
Packaging Workflow
Flour is delivered to the dosing section with a feeding method selected for its flow and dust characteristics.
An auger meters the powder toward the target weight; screw and control settings depend on the material.
A premade open-mouth bag is positioned and filled with controlled product discharge.
The bag mouth is prepared and sealed using a method matched to the bag material and closure requirement.
The finished bag moves to downstream inspection, conveying or palletizing as required.
Application Range
Powders can behave very differently even at the same target weight. Hygroscopicity, aeration, particle size, bulk density and dust generation all affect feeding, dosing accuracy and achievable speed. PAKEWIN therefore recommends confirming the application with a product sample or detailed material data.
Potential materials include wheat flour, starch, baking powder, spice powder, milk powder, protein powder and dry premixes. Material compatibility is not assumed; the product-contact design and dosing system should be selected after evaluation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Potentially, yes. Starch, baking powder, spice powder, milk powder, protein powder and premixes require separate evaluation and may need different augers, feeding or dust-control arrangements.
Output depends on target weight, powder behavior, dosing range, bag handling, sealing time and downstream line coordination. A rated speed should be confirmed for the actual product and bag.
Yes. A configured line can include conveying, checkweighing and metal detection, subject to bag size, line height, sensitivity target and factory layout.
Options can include enclosed product-contact areas, dust extraction connections, controlled filling speed and suitable bag clamping. The final system should be selected for the powder and site conditions.
